Hey Guys, I've been recommended a stage 3 crow cam (2222549) for crow obviously and also a mild performance (222825) as well. Does any one know how lumpy the stage 3 is cos I still want my car to be driveable. I've got a XG ute and I just dont want to get it wrong.

Cheers guys.

Going by their crow cams list a 2222549 is the biggest e series cam they advertise and seems to be a stage 4 if their list is anything to go by, their description under the cam tells you it needs computer mods and improved exhaust. That should tell you everything you need to know.

I got the same cam in an au grind and itwas rubbish, it was no better than the standard xr6 cam. A waggot 766 should set you in the right direction. Check my sig for their contact number. Cheap for billets too.

One other question. Does anyone know what valve springs I need for a stage 3 or equivilent. I've got a I6 '96 XG.

Thanks

Double crow springs will be sufficient.
