Yeah, those Autobend people are pretty top dollar anyway, and they didn't really seem to know what they were talking about. They advertise "RAGE BIG BORE" and when I wanted a 2.5" pipe for my wagon they said they didn't do one - only had part numbers for original pipe and weren't going to piss about wasting their time making me a fatter one. The cost of the pipe and freight from Aussie would be quite prohibitive matey... I've seen similar things sell on TradeMe for $500 by the way.

Tell me about it mate, the guys down in CHCH dont know what they're on about half the time. The guys up here at Autobend (Auckland branch) are pretty good though, the guy there has hooked me up with a few things now and usually gives me things at trade price cause i used to work 2 doors down from them and used to go there quite often.

Anyways mate, if you ever end up going for a 2.5" exhaust for your wagon, the part number is BB9213, well it is according to the Autobend exhaust catalogue the guy gave me last year

Yeah... And according the CHCH d***head they don't make them and when I started quoting part numbers and stuff he started sounding confused and got someone else to shout out instructions to him. All in all, not someone I would give $480 for a bloody exhaust that isn't much different to standard!

Lol not too sure, he didnt have the slightest clue what i was on about though. Had to email them pictures of the twin dump tips i was asking about and they finally said they could get it for me although the guy who emailed me back wasnt the same guy i spoke to. No way was i forking out $170 odd for a damn exhaust tip though

Hey Troy have you tried getting 3" bends for your intake set up from Autobend down in Chch?
