occasionally im having a slight prob of when i insert my car key into the ignition and turn the key to start the engine -nothing happens... then after holding the key in the "start engine position" the engine starts cranking after 3-5 seconds... what could be causing theis to happen? only happens when the engine is warm.. :?

heard that is an issue with a worn ignition barrel/key where it takes a moment for the smartlock to recognise it?
