since today the top radiator hose on my 6cyl has began bulging at either end and is hard as a rock in the middle.it blows water out under pressure when i undo the house clamp..its not getting hot and runs like normal...
any ideas? |

might just be old and needs replacing i reckon.

If its bulging then a replacement of Hose might be needed. As Alfy said.

when i release the clamp it goes down..so a new house?it doesnt look that old.

The hose is stuffed, time 4 a new one

Because of the nature of the water pumps a blockage in the system doesn't increase the pressure. So even if say the radiator was badly blocked, the pressure in the upper rad hose which is the inlet wouldn't increase. Plus if the radiator was that badly blocked you would notice a temp increase on hills etc.
