Come on Timmeh, maybe some of your mates working the aircraft can help you out?

yeh, do that have a bludge day when the boss is out...

he works on planes but is scared to try a manual conversion

maybe we should make it a perth cruise meet,

Next cruise : timmeh's house for a manual conversion

i rekon with 10 people it should be too hard lol

I do work on planes but it is a very strict law that they can not be modified unless instructed by the manufacturer. By that I mean everything is stock and kept stock so no tinkering is allowed. So same thing goes with the car I guess.
With a bit of effort I could change a tranmission but not convert a car to manual.

I'm up for 10 people coming around and doing a conversion for me though:lol: .
BBQ, food and beers supplied :D

There would be only one guy from I would bring over. He is a Ford fan and very good with Ford cars (he used to do drag racing).

My mate, a 17 year old 2nd year apprentice mechanic did mine for me, said it was a piece of piss. All up it cost me $1000 including brand new clutch cable, xedy heavy duty clutch, every part needed and labour.

It is piece of piss. Just need the right tools. Changing the pedal box is the hardest part.
