if it was an auto, there is no way that was 3rd gear, it would be 2nd.
if its a manual, then 3rd gear yes.

i assume its your car opto?

Oh by the way the 1521a will always come out on top because it needs an aftermarket ECU to run with it

depends on restrictions.
doing it in those gears is best, but sometimes they don't do it.
3rd gear in some auto's will hit the speed limiter, so they won't do it in 3rd, instead they do it in 2nd.

IMO you should have an aftermarket ECU with any of the cams.

as you can see from the dyno sheets every one is suffering from A/F ratio problems.

also it will come out on top because it's bigger. not for any other reason

the graph above with the 1521a is actually in an EL Fairmont with stock ECU.
no aftermarket ECU in that car, its also an auto.

My dyno runs were run in 4th (manual) right up to the speed limiter every time :(

same as mine, 3rd gear dyno runs on petrol resulted in hitting the speed limiter(due to speedo errors in my car)
only dyno'd to 4500rpm.
didnt care though :)

got a before dyno graph?

That chart is all well and good, but each run is different - diff engines, cams, dynos? can't use it as any sort of meaningful comparison.

without a before dyno, its hard to determine what a difference it made.
