Well.
first of all, let me say it was a fair bit of assing around, as i dumped 4L of fluid then topped up. but well worth it. smooth as gear shifts and fantastic response! it doesnt feel that bad to have an auto anymore! will post up exactly what i did later, but reconnecting the lower trans line to the radiator was a C***! 
to all who have auto box woes, GET A SERVICE DONE, or at least top up the fluid! youll be amazed at the difference. the shifts are so SMOOTH!!!

it was a 3am job with only 1 4L tranny fluid available
