Just wondering how many people have had problems with the throttle cable stretching after fitting the jmm/pacemaker race series extractors? fitted them on my EB but noticed that with the EL rocker over there is no place to run the cable (or maybe mine was missing). ended up bending the standard heat shield like f**k and bolting it back on as a temporary solutin. Before that i'd destroyed 2 cables as they would touch the longer primaries on the extractors!!!!! custom heat shield to be made soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to replace my accelerator cable the other day (at $64!) as the extractors melted the outer sheilding and was starting to show signs of kinking. Im going to get some heat sheild tubing (bout $20 p/mtr) to go on the accelerator and cruise cables to stop this happening again!

Plus i hooked the cable up in front of the brake booster to keep it away from the extractors a bit more :D .

I meted mine on the turbo... I wrapped the new one in thermo wrap and pulled it over close to the firewall, all is fine now
