Just performing a route service on my little work bus and i notcied that while the engine was warm, not hot or cold (been sitting for 1 1/2 hours since last driven) that the coolent inside the radiator was right up until the brim, so much so that when taking the cap off a little bit spilt out but wasn't hot.

is this normal? i assume it is becuase the car has never broken down in the last 4 years since i had it, just wanna be 100%

car is a 4 banger not an I6 :P

cheers :)

Normal yes. When hot coolant will expand, hence the hot and cold levels on your falcon header tank.
Even when just warm, most cars that run a full system will expel a little when the cap is removed.
