best feeling in the world is starting the car after doing a big service to your car. (at least for me it is)

the best feeling for me after a big service/repair is cleaning my hands so i can grab a rum out of the fridge!
but i would hate to see how much money i would have spent if i didn't repair my car myself (clutches, diffs, water pumps, head gaskets, cooling systems, services, rotors/brakes, ball joints, engin mounts, etc).

Have you ever noticed how much cooler your car is when you fix it yourself?

Even when i do fix things myself ... it still runs at the same operating temperature.
