rocker arm bolts 20nm to be safe, as the factory 25nm setting has been known to be a bit much for old bolts

Rocker bolts: 25NM according to factory
Exhaust: 30 NM
Intake: 25NM

Rocker rack bolts 10mm
Head bolts 14mm *IMPACT SOCKET ONLY* ie: single hex.
Inlet manifold 10mm (use dwarf spanners or mini internal ratchet ones.)
Exhaust *14mm* usually mixed with 9/16ths

AU Head Gasket
1st stage:30Nm
2nd stage:further 120degrees

And yes, the AU gasket will majorly minimize the chances of blowing again, make SURE you surface the head and clean the deck perfectly.

DO NOT use a wire wheel on a drill, use Gasket stripper and a scrapper on the deck.

AU gaskets also 'up' the compression ratio slightly.
