(Ford falcon EF GLi 95) Hey guys just a quick question, i just got my alernator fixed and a new battery, get home and th car wont turn on. when you turn the key to on your hear a electronic noise and then the car would normally start. but mine in only about half the length and thefore the car wont start. Its turning over fast like it should but yeh not starting, could it be the sparks, fuel/ar starved or fuel injectors??
urgent help would be great as for iam sick of scootering to work, thanks

So that electronic noise is the fuel pump if the sounds coming from the back? If its not running as long as it should or not at all it could be fuel pump relay switch?

that noise you mention should be your fuel pump pressurising the system, if it is noticably shorter than before your pump could be on its way out. if its cranking and not firing, also pull your leads one at a time and test for spark, just not onto yourself, check it against the head. Report back after this diagnosis.
Also a pump can be had for about $100, I would be dropping another one into the hole as a precautionary measure. Dave

Check the courtesy lamp fuse?? when mine was blown the fuel pump would prime for half as long crank and not fire, worth a look if yoou havent already!
