trying to get front springs out but cant get it to drop down what do i need to un bolt ect

You can't get the lower control arm down low enough to lever the strut out?
Try undoing the swaybar links.
Maybe it would be a good idea to give some more information too, thats a pretty vague cry for help.
Like what you have undone etc. etc.

Are you using spring compressors? They're a pain to do up and undo but make the job a bit easier.

its ok got it guys the joint gave way and i loosen the sway bar off too all good thanx for the help
