I sprayed vht flame proof on my paceys & when i started the car the paint started to blister. Only at the head side but not at the bottom of the exctractor. I have done this before & it's never happened on other sets. I like to know if this has happened to any one else & why ?

coats were too thick
not enough drying time
surface not prepared before painting
