Hi all!!!

I know a guy with a VQ V6 statey all HSV badged including under bonnet(genuine HSV) with a factory supercharger limited edition apparently anyway this bloke reckons he's pullin 220rwkw out of it and like i sid it is stock hasnt dyno'd it as far as i know but im findin it a bit hrd to swallow that it could pull such power. Will admit it is fast but 220rwkw wank wank!!!

Anyway has any1 seen or heard of 1 of these possible weapons any specs ie kw would be appreciated!

I reckon I could destroy him with mild mods and i honestly must say i aint pullin anywhere near even 180rwkw and a NA motor!

Comments please.

does he have the dyno sheet to prove it?
how does he reckon it has 220rwkw if he hasnt? unless its just a assumption or estimate, having that much power from a stock V6 means it was 290kw- 300kw is at the fly and holden never released a statesman factory like that, i even asked my holden nut mates, n they laughed. according to them, the only hsv that isnt a V8, is the new astra VRX turbo. i duno wot to beilive, its a holden so i dont really care, a pissy weak V6 needing boost for its power.

i didn't think they were hsv. i also thought astra (if made) would be first non v8 hsv.

holden did make a supercharged statesman. 171kw i think. hsv badges will be his own modifications though. in stock form they are useless but i have heard of the 'charged v6's getting some decent power when modded. not sure about 220rwkw though

they did make these.

the XU6 was a 180kW S'charged V6 VT/VZ
the LE was a stock VP Ute with two tone and luxo options
the SV3800...........dont really know, but it is a HSV

take it from the one who owns a holden

if he's saying its stock... it would be 171kw the supercharged 3.8 litre 6 cylinder.. would need a fair bit of moddifing to get 220rwks..

ive never heard of a VQ running a super6 out of the factory, werent they a vs seiries stato thing.

The super6's are a good motor, esp if its got some FIT (http://www.v6supercharged.com.au/prods.asp) parts in it, they can get a 14psi pulley on them, stock is 6psi. if i had a commo it'dd defenantly be the motor for it.

Always like checking in on the competitions mods.

No such thing as a 220rwkw V6 stato.. not even anywhere near that much at the flywheel.
