Just wanted to give HUGE props to Chris at Wade Cams.

Not only did he organise to get me one of their cams over to NZ at an awesome price, but on the day it was due to be dispatched I find out by chance (and to my horror) that I am running a hybrid EL engine due to some earlier transplant that I was not privy too.

I emailed Chris on the off chance they had not begun grinding my order yet. He answered within minutes to advise that regardless of the stage of the order he would cancel it at no cost to me and on top of that offered to contact me as soon as they have the Hybrid Cam developed.

This is customer service!!! He had my credit card details, I am in another country and he could have easily decided to make a buck and tell me "tuff luck the order was on its way".... but no!! these guys are obviously interested in ensuring their customers are satisfied.

I have dealt with many performance shops over the years and I can honestly say this has been the best customer experience to date, I would highly recommend anyone to deal with Chris and the team and hope to motivate some extra business for him from over the ditch here in NZ.

I look forward to the chance of getting my hands on their hybrid cam once developed.

KSK

96D* head number and build date from 03/98 onwards is the easiest way but there is many many different opinions on these.

What if you took the rocker cover off, dont the hybrids have the tapered valve springs?
