ok mt ef II xr6 has just done 200k and what price shold i expect.
shes running a bit rough in teh moring when its cold after 100m is my 1st corner (roundabout) soi but my foot on the clutch and slow down and some times it will stall does it 100-150m from home when leaving in the mornings.
Im trying 2 teach my gf 2 drive and this could be dangerous as all of a sudden u have large car with no opwer steering and she would panic as did i lol.

BTW car is 5sp man

Could have a bad batch of fuel or filter needs changing.
However theres no reason it would come good when warm.

Go to the tech pages and clean the ISC.

or alternativly run the AC and see if theres a difference in the morning.

I'd also look into the O2 sensor as they take a few to warm up, but i understand these are ignored in 'enriched mode'

do the lot! all filters and plugs.

also if its really cold, the coil pack might be a touch sooky

nag in live in cerntal qld and it happens at 7:30 ish maybee 15 degrees. oxy senser is 1 year ol as is plugs and leads. my k&n was cleaned 10k ago. isc was clean 5k ago. Its under warenty but the mob i have to take it to are usefull as used condom.

Its a 96 efi i refuse to let it warm up. god dam i hate doing the with teh forgies in teh XC.

but yea ill do teh filters

could be something as simple as a dirty throttle body too...

also 200000 is a major service. IE fuel filter, air filter, repack front wheel bearings, replace spark plugs, clean throttle body and reset idle speed etc etc...
