I've been wondering for a long while now (ever since I purchased the car) whether or not my engine was indeed worked on by CMS.
Now, the reason I think this might be the case is because the bloke I bought it off said his son got it done "by a mob in Liverpool."
Another reason pointing me in the direction of CMS is SWC and a few other boys said that the way my cam hunts is pretty common in a CMS stage 2 option.

I don't know the exact work done, which is why I want to find out if it was done by CMS, more so for curiosity than anything else.

I'm sure that the blokes from CMS crawl this site every now and again, as I think they are a site sponsor.

I have my VIN number, and the previous owner's name and rego plate number.

I'd be interested to just find out my specs any how.

Cheers,
Russ.

I've sent Joe a PM on here with everything in the message...
I wonder if it was done by them.
I have a strong feeling it was.

Either that or have a look on the end of the cam...usually when reground they will have info etched into them (in & ex duration has been on the ones I have had).

Obviously requires removing the rocker cover though lol.

Did they not have receipts for the work done? I am OCD but unless someone shows me the receipts I tell them to get f**k (especially if demanding a premium for the work done). I keep all receipts even of servicing, if someone I'm buying a car off doesn't do the same they are either a lying sack of s**t or aren't as anal as I am. Both entitle me to a discount
