about el hybrid motors ?? i was plannen to get a stage 2 crow cam till i found out that my motor is a hybrid with the silver rocker cover.
Can anyone solve my problem??? should i just get a stg 2 cam for a el head and put it in or should i exchange it to a ef head and then get the stg2 cam . Anyone with solutions

im not sure if anyones had any real success putting a cam in a hybrid, also not sure if it that simple just to chuck an ef head on the hybrid either

I have the same problem as you but I was browsing through the crow cams website and I saw this:
http://www.crowcams.com.au/templates/Catalogue-Falcon6EA-AU-OHC.shtml Have a look at the second table and it says Falcon, Fairlane 4.0 Feb 98-02. Look at the third one down. I am thinking about inquring into this cam. I hope this helps you |

it has an AU Rocker gear, and au cam

it would be simple as takign off the old head and putting on the ef/el head with the ef/el rocker gear liek nicko said the hybrid has AU rocker gear so an Au cam is needed
