hey there ppls i have just recently noticed a weird noise and it sounds like its come from the back left some where its not constant jst sometimes, and also i dunno if i just need a wheel alignment but sometimes when im driving my wheels feel weird a bit bumpy but only when i go bout 100kms?????

First make sure all your wheel nuts are tightened. I had a noise coming from front left a while back that was caused due to loose wheel nuts.

If that doesn't solve the problem I'd be checking the wheel bearings.

fisrtly yea check nuts done up.
then jack tyre up and give wheel a spin and wobble to see if you can hear anythin out of the ordinary.
also try driving not too fast and put different latteral loads on ur car.
so swerve a little bit to each side.
if the noise comes and goes at certin times while swerving then it will be a wheel bearing.
