Well said! and it's something I've been trying to get across for a long time.

You always here about how good these cams are, but where's the proof?

I'm sure these guys are good blokes and from what I've heard, they are great to deal with.

Everyone is quite happy bag the piss out of JMM, but at least they are backing their kits up with proof...

And there is so much support for these cams because people that buy them, KNOW they work, like me...

And JMM, don't start this again lol.. they are backed up by JMM-kwatts.

There will be proof, but let us get our s**t together lol... the stage3 has been through several stages of testing, and so forth... really only commercially running recently..

Dyno day you will see plenty of dyno read outs.

And the following wednesday, you will get track times.

Here is my dyno printout. Done by Howell Automotive in Hobart. No relation to JMM. AND I believe JMM only quote 146rwk for the DEV3HL kit (and mine is only the cam and intake...). So there goes your theory about JMM-watts...

Hmmmm. Sorrry Mitchg911, again, it's only hear say...Still no proof...

Can anyone tell me how much torque my car is putting out judging by the figures in the pic?

So, basically, you're just being a tool then? First you claim to disbelieve JMM's dyno printouts, then (when I show further PROOF!!! that they're output quotes are realistic!) you come across as if you don't seem to care about dyno printouts and talk up racing. From memory, JMM have the fastest N/A Falc in Aus. How about YOU race that?

What mods do you have? What sort of power are you punching out?

There some proof the dev3hl works for you with real nm fihures for you not tractive effort newtons which people like to quote cause it sounds big.

There are lots of cams out there not saying this is the best but it does work. claim 146rwk and god bless them I have got on various dynos 138-142rwkw and with the unichip slightly more 144rwkw. its close enough for me to say i didn't get ripped by them and i knew $490 wasn't cheap before i bought it.

I still would like a better cam but can't find anyone who will back the claim. Well wade 1521A and Dev5 I have seen run well with better power with a chip or unichip only though.

You can have 500NM at the wheels no problem but this doesnt mean the engine has anywhere near 500NM!

Shift it into lower gears and watch is climb higher.

As you go up though gears, torque reduces, the time in gear increases, and power stays the same.

hence why you run it in a 1:1 gear, and then the only multiplier you have is your diff ratio...

You seem to laugh out loud a lot...

Look, all I'm asking for is proof (and I'm not the only one) as to what sort of power these cams are putting out. It's not an unreasonable request is it?

I've explained why I haven't got track times elsewhere in this forum and I'm not going to waste my time explaining it to you. Estimates are around 14.6. But (in my opinion) that's not the most important aspect of my vehicle (or any other vehicle). I prefer in gear acceleraion. Driveability. Etc etc.

As for maturity, I think you've just proven that it is maturity that you lack. "LOL"!!!

yes, but not everyone has the same diff ratio :(

Torque curves are still interesting, but you just cant get carried away with the numbers down the right hand side.
