Never change from the green coolant to the red or visa versa.
They are both very different (organic and non organic from memory) and if they are mixed they will form lumps and block the cooling system up.

actually you can change from one to the other

only after you have flushed the system

never mix coolants regardless of the colour unless the system is flushed

best bet is to make up an extra 10ltrs or so and keep that in the garage
if u ever need to drop some coolant for maintenance etc
