was wondering what cams people have put in their el's, and how they rate them, what power are you getting and how does it idle? preferably cars with no ecu upgrade

i'm running a really special cam in think they call it "stock"... umm it came from some company called ford i'm pretty sure... smooth idle, sufficient power

Well in my EF (same s**t as long as yours aint a hybrid) .... look at my sig.

It idles stock... most of the time.
