I forgot to get a pic today but I found something I couldnt recognise.

It was underneath the RHS front headlight and battery tray and directly next to the big chassis beam that runs north-south. I was on the RHS of this beam

I'm hoping someone knows what it is without me having to take the camera to the factory to get a pic.

I'm just curious because I couldnt tell just by looking at it, at first I thought ABS but the car is an EA fairmont Ghia and to my knowlegde they didnt have ABS plus i didnt notice brake lines coming out of it.

Maybe its the power brake assist?

lol sorry, I wouldnt confuse an auto tranny cooler with an ABS unit give me a little credit

It incorporated a 100mm cylinder, was made out of thick steel and stood about 15cm high. from memory it had some fluid line/lines exiting from behind

THe car is a 5 spd manual

I dont think the car has stock suspension still as it's been lowered. Can it work with aftermarket shocks?

Cheers for your replies, thats what it would be

I think you have to take off the front bumper to see it, I can only see it from the front. Also does your sprint have Self Leveling Suspension?
