Hey guys, I am replacing my EA head with a ported ED one this weekend (as well as replacing timing chain), and I have no idea wtf this part is.. Have read many docu's, but am yet to see reference to this part. It came with the headgasket kit.

yep, as sexyr6 said, its for the standard exhaust manifold.

There is a 99 piece socket and spanner set, but this kit wasn't discounted, and I was just after sockets. It's a very nice bit of gear for the price, I have used it a fair bit lately. Tell you what, good tools give you the confidence to start taking stuff apart yourself! |
