Hey everyone,

I know there have been many threads about different types of oils etc but I never seem to find an answer people agree on. My EB II Fairmont 4.0L has done 293k kms and is due for oil change. I have only just got the car. I checked on the Castrol website and they reckon you can use Magnatec, GTX 2 and GTX 3. I don't think a thin oil like magnatec or gtx 3 would be suitable considering the amount of kays on my car. What do you guys reccommend?

I heard GTX 2 is a bit cheap and crappy but it seems to be the right thickness. Also I am not really worried about price (i just want a good oil that will treat my car well). Thanks :P Any help would be great!
