Nizpro reckon 215-220 rwkw from a N.A BA DOHC VCT 24 valve 4.0L Six.

Thats pretty damn good!

Details from the web:

1. Nizpro camshafts (changeover) & valve springs: $1995 (fitted)
2. NizEdit tune (CAPA Flash) and fuel pressure regulator: $1850
3. Nizpro Plenum and induction system: $1850 (fitted)
4. Extractors & hi-flow exhaust (using existing cat): $1400 (fitted)

NizEdit and Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Expect: 160 - 165rwkW.

As per Stage 1 + Extractors and high-flow exhaust system.
Expect: 175 - 180rwkW.

As per Stages 1 and 2 + either: Nizpro camshafts and valve springs, or, Nizpro plenum and intake system.
Expect: 195 - 200rwkW.

As per Stage 1, 2 and 3, including both the Plenum / Intake system, camshafts and valve springs.
Expect: 215 - 220rwkW.

Stage 1: $1995
Stage 2: $3250
Stage 3: $5100 (intake system)
- $5245 (camshafts)
Stage 4: $7095

NizEdit and Fuel Pressure Regulator. Why? Because the factory injectors find it impossible supplying the needs of an engine having been edited and with the rpm increased to 6500 (as opposed to 5800rpm standard). By increasing the rev limit, it increases the thirst of the engine, but this is overcome with increased fuel pressure.

The increase in fuel pressure is acceptable for power figures of up to 280 flywheel kilowatts.

Essentially, the packages provide approximately 200, 220, 250 and 270+ flywheel kilowatts for Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively.

The packages were developed to allow people to pick and choose. For example, Stage 3 with camshafts and valve springs (no plenum), the engine is effectively stealth and you would not know – apart from the exhaust – that it had been played with.

Alternatively, with the plenum, as soon as the bonnet is opened, you know it is a serious piece of equipment.

All Nizpro Cobra N/A Stages are suitable for XR6, XT, Territory and all other BA model 6-cylinder Falcon vehicles.

yeah not to worried about the money. I'm currently in the middle of designing/building my own extractors. with will be dyno tested an a few different forms. Not sharing any details as of yet, aside from syaing they are unlike anything on the market right now.

have a few other things i'm looking into aswell.

one thing is for sure though if the extractors work how i intend them to you'll hear about it first on fordmods. i'm hopping to do it as a bit of a side venture and 'should' beable to them to suit different aplications. NOT just a one size fits all deal. this is of coures if even goes to plan.

I would like to be one of the fiew people, if any? that crack 200rwkw. and using my own design parts would make it even better.

Power: 175 rwkw

I'm running 175rwkw and that's the highest I've heard of on a "non controversial" dyno. (teh waggin doesn't exist any more so I hold the title for now :P )

Mid 180s shouldn't be hard to achieve though given I got my figure on a standard ecu (not even XR), with standard 19lb injectors and with a standardish intake (BA tube from airbox to TB) I'm also running "s**t" cheap press bent extractors.

I reckon bigger injectors powered with an aftermarket ECU/interceptor, some you beut extractors and twin throttle bodies would have me around 200rwkw, but I'm done spending money ...almost

I'd be interested to hear from anyone else with over 175kw and what they're running. (BA's dont count :P )

i want to get mine running/tuned rite, i think it would be up around 180 rwkw. last run i had 168rwkw (rich tune) but since then i have got twin throtts, larger injectors and now some cool new software for my ecu. Been having some ignition issues of late but i think ill have it ironed out soon...

The only thing i am thinking of upgrading is my extractors. I have the Pacemaker supersallon extractors but i think im getting close to maxing them out as the supersallon cars make 210-230 rwhp which i am fairly sure its past
