Im using an ice thermo switch and a nomal 12v on off switch and how much relays will i need ? thanks mate :wink:

use EL, much easier.

EF have 2 fans, one being a 2 speed and the second a single speed, EL has 2 single speed fans. EF are a better set up but the EL will be easier to fi as Yobbo has already said.

Hi again ive got the el thermo fans for my conversion just wanted to know why they dont push air through the radiator they seem to push air towards the motor. Do they pull air through or somthing is this better ? thanks :)

you need the air drawn through as when the car travels a speed the air flow in the engine bay is greater then an fan woul be able to push back the other way also you woul be pulling hot air from your engine bay.
