Ive just been looking over the inline 6 mods guide and ive done almost everything on the list. Or will have done after xmas.

Ive got cam, cai, zorst, getting headers and vernier cam gear and thermos, cant afford forced induction or porting.

Where do i go from here?

I was looking at ECU upgrade, but most of them sound like theres a fair bit of work and cost involved. Looking heavily at MS2's but dont really want all the trouble of having to rewire the ecu loom.

Looking for more power! Sick of having the slowest car on the cruises. :P

Maybe LSD? But is it really worth the extra .22 of a turn extra going from 3.23ss to 3.45lsd?

What else can i do for reasonably cheap? ~$1k

thanks

LSD is worth it on it's own, even without ratio change.

Also, MS2 does not require re-wiring if you get a kit from RPD.

i thought about 3.7's, but they are too rare and its easier and cheaper to get 3.45s.

Looks like its gonna be Gear, headers at xmas.

ECU DS2/MS2 by Feb (birthday moneys!! :> )

Hopefully thatll get me an extra 30 at the treads. 160 would own.

swaybars hey...

Thats one of the many things i know f**k all about.

Whats the go with them, i know they stop the car swaying sideways n all that jazz, but how do they enhance the suspension quality.

Ill be running super lows all round by boxing day, so itll prolly ride like s**t after that hey?

As for brakes, my fronts are warped atm, i was going to go slotted dba's but might just get em flattened again,, dunno if ill bother at this time, the stock disks and high perf "brake care" brakes are only a year old.

swaybars reduce body roll.
over a straight line, they will not increase your "suspension quality", however they will increase the cornering capabilities of your car...

I think ive got 18 and 22mm from what i remember when doing the bushes.

What are the xr sizes and what theys worth from wreckers?

yeah swaybars cut body roll down alot, not worth upgrading to xr spec, some say the el gt front is a good option, i say just go for the whiteline kit, esp the adjustable one.

as for brakes, dba slotted rotors will cost you $99 a corner, and well worth its, esp on the "real driving" cruises such as dandy :)
