Crow or RPD make them. im sure the rest would recommend them.

anything is usually better then the stock one...mild cam would be better. Idle will still be relatively good. any bigger and im guessing idle will slowly go to the rough end...but power is at the tip of ur toes. I personally would go with a mild cam and then shave the head.

There is no 'best cam'.
Is your car manual or auto?
What sort of driving do you do most? (city/freeway?)
Are you willing to change valve springs?
Has the motor had any other work?
Do you plan on running a chip/aftermarket ECU?

Answer those questions and we can help point you in the right direction, there are alot of cams out there.

RPD or JMM both make solid cams.
