I notice that twason and macxr8 seem to be installing/have installed AU VCT into there earlier model E-series. I did a search and havn't found any threads with any info on this - anyone able to direct me to such a thread? Or any info the people whove done it can share?

depends on wether you use AU I or later. I am running AU II and it was a real b**ch to do as I also had to run the smartshield system. Took me approx 60 hrs to meld the looms

You are right there is not much information, there is quite a few questions on it but very few facts.

Yea there was no info at all when I did mine. Luckily for me I have the Factory manual for the EF/EL, and managed to get some info from Ford on the AU diagrams. Most of the colors are the same with a few odd exceptions that I cant remember now. The biggest problem is putting it in and testing to make sure it all works, as if it doesnt its a dash out job to trace it

I guess this is your oportunity to change that... Feel free to write a doco/how to guide!
