I snagged some Genie extractors off of an old XE sedan I have at my place. What I'm wondering is, will they fit onto my EL?
The difference I can see is that the headers for the E series have a gas sensor on them and these ones from the XE have just a plug sorta thing on them, and a pipe went onto there, not a sensor. So I'm pretty sure they won't fit, but I don't want to sell them if they will. Does anyone know if they will fit?

NO ,they will not fit...... if i remember correctly , cut 3 of the flanges of the ext that you have now , and turn em around and mig em on. you really want to dummy fit them on , then weld them. i think 3 of the flanges will bolt up , but the other 3 point the other way.. its something like that , cause i have done it before , quiet a few years ago though..... mark |

I already tried a search, both on google and on this site, and I couldn't find anything else about them. I'm selling them now, so it doesn't matter. Thanks for the help anyway.
There's no problem with me fitting them, I just didn't think to check the stud placement, which would of been the obvious thing to do. See how good it is to get a fresh pair of eyes on the problem?
