i have another thread about my tail lights, dash lights and parkers not working and i think ive found the problem. the brown wire that connects to all three of those seems to be earthed. i disconnected the headlight plugs and put a multimeter on the brown wire and earth and it has continuity. im no expert but to me that means its shorted to earth.

according to the repair manual, the brown wire is not the earth wire.

does anybody know where it could be shorting out?
