hey, how are you all. i would to get some info on cams for 6cyl, what does everyone recommend to put on my ef 6cyl. I don't really know much about cams except that they make alot of torque and there are differenbt

i have a stg 1 alted cam and wish i had a stg2.

from what a hear it idles fairly well and gives u a fair amount more poweer tehn teh stg1.

only thing with teh stg 2 is u need new valve springs. but they can be had for fairly cheap through alted.
