anyone know wat a good lumpy cam would cost me for a ef xr6

around 180 to 200 including postage if you get a regrind where you send them your cam and get it back 10 days later to a certain spec

what are you after performance or a tough sound??
is your car auto or manual???

the problem your going to come across is that there are not alot of (as you say) lumpy cams for the 4 ltr..there is wade 1521a.. cms stage3.. but both these cams will need some kind of valve spring and ecu modification..not to mention if your car is auto it will need a high stall torque converter

so unless you get aftermarket ecu or j3 chip with a custom tune it wont idle properly it will use s**t loads of fuel..
