ok ive got a pod sitting in my XE airbox that originally helf a panel filter, u guys rekon that having a good brand panel filter in there all enclosed an stuff would be better?

problem is, afaik, nobody makes an aftermarket panel filter to suit the XE/XF EFI airbox

but you could mod the box with an Ea box like my mate and run the pannel. The pannel with a cold air intake will be muck better than a pod sucking hot air!

wanna get some pics of this? cos i dont know how the hell you plan on running an EA Airbox and CAI in an XF

yea, but its a differentEFI setup on XF's compared to E-series

just stumbled upon this looking for something else and know as i have one in my ghia wagon, you can get a panel filter, got mine from global by a compant called, 02 rush, for about $80
