ok cars a BA xr6, currently has typhoon style intake with k&n filter, im getting a full exhaust system put on soon. (pacemaker 4490, into a 100cpi metallic high flow cat, and then into a 2 1/2 inch catback system.
exhaust shops have quoted me using a redback system, however while doing some research the idea i have found is red back is s**t sound and xforce is way better.

does anyone know if their is much of a sound difference between them, and if so which sounds better?
also any other differences would be nice, eg: performance, price, quality??

thanks guys

I had xforce extractors and a redback from catback with 2 mufflers... quiet when not under load, but sounded tough under WOT.

stupid p plate laws make having extractors illegal, now this doesn't scare me, however me driving it is considered illegal and makes my insurance void
if im gonna do anything to exhaust system now, it will only be a catback, so come on people need some feedback whats a good sounding catback thats not mega loud or drones

Do a search for x-force ba falcon on youtube there are heaps of exhaust vids.

I have had a Redback 2 muffler system and now I have a X-Force 2 muffler system(AU- Live axle) to fit e-series. The x-force is alot better, but you will pay a little bit more for the system.
