Tried search no joy,

The plastic cover for the radiator and clutch fan is blocking the installation of my XH snorkel.

Has anyone found a way around this without removing the whole cover because I really don't think that is a good idea.

See how the snorkel's obstructions are shown in the first photo.

hacksaw blade and file.

remove the old plastic intake on top of the shroud and file down neatly. Thats what I had too do on my old EA Mpi converted spak.

hack saw or if ya a handy man angle grinder with a thin blade (helps to get a scrap peice of metal to remove the burnt plastic of the blde)

when i installed mine on the EB which still had the EA cowling i just did the above with ngle grinder.

note if you go angle grinder path grab a rag to wipe the engine over :P
