I am about to purchase a XH ute(rollover) with plans to swap the motor,complete dash ,engine crossmember/shock towers and the dressed front end +quarter panels
 Anyone got any advice or ideas for a novice  Is this possible
replies would be greatly appreciated.

HI all
been thinking about doing the same but not shore if the fire wall is the same or weather to cut the rails and everything forward and fit it to my xg but who knows what else is different ? How much did you pay for the xh.. |

radiator assembly is missing and panels need fixing but most everything else is there.$1200 including motor,loom,computer anddash+cluster.

thats a pretty good price... how many km on it? auto/manual. if your XF is an auto its prolly worth changing the gearbox over too

Don't know how many k's on motor but will rebuild anyway. 5 speed manual has been removed but refer to 6CYL WORKSHOP pge 2 / EL/AU INTO XF PANELVAN? (23/01/05) FOR DETAILS OF INTENDED RUNNING GEAR.
