i have a 99 model xh xr6 will start but cannot rev. have changed fuel pump, throttle positioning sensor, fuel regulator and idle speed controller... need help urgent!

Will it rev from throttle body? Does the accelerator press down

Im ignorant of Ute designations - is XH the equivalent of EF - ie. with coilpack?
Regardless, the nearest I've struck was my EF not wanting to accelerate beyond 2300rpm and only accelerating slowly (tho smoohly) up to that. It was the coilpack.

I have a 99 XH
when I put a cam in with no chip i was blowing a heap of crap out the exhaust. i slowly clogged up the cat and then couldn't rev over 2500rpm have you look at you're cat and or muffler |
