what's involved in putting a EB/ED XR6 6 bolt clutch onto a EA box as opposed to just using another 3 bolt EA clutch?

later e-series 6 bolt flywheel and matching clutch bolt straight in, provided you use both. ie: cant use later model clutch with early 3 bolt flywheel
i replaced mine not long ago |

im talking about modifying the 3 bolt flywheel to fit a 6 bolt clutch

why bother modifying the ea flywheel?
its slightly smaller in diameter, plus you'll have to get a hold of the 3 dowels needed, then you got pay someone to drill and tap new holes to line up with the new clutch? better off just going to the wreckers and paying 70 odd dollars for the EBII onwards flywheel |
