Would there be any avantage to gain by putting a eb xr6 tickford rockercover onto my 3.9 spack?
And would it need a re surface or anything like that.

Matey, if you have it and you would like to add it, GO ahead. There are a few guys who have cleaned up and painted Rocker Covers, try looking for KwikXR's build thread in the garage and also PeaandHam's build. :)

I don't have it yet but I can swap mine for it at anytime if I want. I was just wondering if it would change anything power wise. But even if it dosnt it does look a s**t load better.
Thanks

You might get a few more kilowatts because its red and has the Tickford emblem on it.

Its good you have a good sense of humour.

In short the rocker cover has nothing to do with the cars power. The XR6 rocker cover is only red to distinguish the tickford engines compared to non XR models and thus has the Tickford logo on it.

If you paint the rocker cover make sure you do it properly with the right paints or it will all flake of and look s**t.
