would love to put the VCT head on mine and see how that goes

There were VCT and NON VCT versions werent there im sure of it

ah sorry frank. I assumed that non-VCT was just called XR6, and VCT was called XR6*blah blah blah*.
Hmmmmm... So which rocker cover do I want. My EF XR6 one is so plane and boring (just plane red). |

well you cant use the vct one caus it wont fit
the el ones arent to bad with the cast in them ad the plate |

i like the eb/ed ones, but the ignition leads run in the wrong spot.
AU non-VCT isn't bad, but no Tickford logo lol. Might have to go an EL one. |

mine looks like it's off an ef/el. it only says 4.0L OHC. Are the fairmont ghias and XR's different?

yeah my brother has the au series 1 xr6 with no vct (ex cop) but still pulls great

If you put an eb/ed rocker cover on, just get eb/ed leads. Theyll fit fine! Ef/EL leads will fit, but theyre a bit long, so you can just leave the slack under the inlet manifold or soemthing.
