will i need new valve springs to put the crow stage 3 cam in my el?or are xr6 springs good enough??

even if the springs could technicly do the job. you should buy new spring with the cam, old springs run the risk of breaking

apparently the tickford spring arent much better than the standard so yeah its prob a good idea, + they arent that expensive y take the risk, you could be up for a new engine if a spring snaps

I couldn't see a reason in doing it.
I'm running stock springs. But when I pulled the head off, thats what I should've done it.
