Would it be possible? What would be needed (other than the engine, duh!)?
Also would a stock auto hold up?

hey dude welcome to fordmods!
this has been convered b4, yes it will fit but u will need a lot of work for it to run ie full aftermarket ecu ie motoec is about the the only thing u will find can run the engine thats about 6k then there is the engine itself not sure on cost but over 6k again i would assume also the stock auto would need beefing up!

be cheaper and easier to turbo the car u have now

Was quoted from a Ford service centre 16k for the engine! :shock:

if your gunna spend that much, may aswell go all out and try for a 6 speed conversion

need new bonnet or bonnet bulge might not fit near firewall, i looked at this option and gave up pretty quick its just not worth the $$$
