Sorry I am sure this has been attempted to be covered but I am getting conflicting info.

From what I can gather Pacemaker 4490's are for BA's.
Is this right?

Whats the difference with 4490's compared to 4495's?
Is it power at top or lower revs?

What is 'comp'?
Is it tuned length? Can you get 4490 comps?

And finally what approx power gains would I be looking at with 4490?
Assuming I change nothing else, or does the rest of the exhaust need to be done?

I am contemplating getting some (brand new and cheap) as a bit of bang for my buck before I get the coin to spend more money on my BA wagon. Have three projects on the go at the moment. so need a reliable daily in the meantime.

To get some decent poke out of the BA I am thinking I should also get a new exhaust and get it flashed. Oh and a tranny cooler for the auto. That should give me enough until I go forced induction. Anything I have missed?
