I just put a deposit on a soundstream Sub and the guy said they were really good. Any opinions?

about 6-8 years ago they were highly regarded in SQ circles, but ~2000, they sold out and manufacturing went to asia....... IMO they've gone more for looks than performance recently, but i've had sfa to do with thier recent stuff

was tryin to think if the brand i bought was soundstream, i think it was, vanquish sub, sounded like a strathies home brand but seems to pump good for what i paid for it, so i cant complain till i put the clarion ones in anyway

i've got soundstream exact subs.

Exact is their high end stuff and IMO is very good. There Exact 6.5" splits sound very good.
