Ok well, ive got a pioneer unit.. but no wiring diagram!

DEH P646...

could anyone point me to an online manual, or someone with the same/similar unit tell me what all the wires on it mean.. ill make a list, and the ones i know..

ORANGE - Battery
YELLOW - illumiation
RED - ACC
WHITE -
BLACK/GREEN - speakers?
GREEN/RED - speakers?
BLACK/GREY - speakers?
GREY/RED - speakers?
GREY - speakers?
GREY/BLACK - speakers?
GREEN - speakers?
GREEN/BLACK - speakers?
BROWN - Alarm?
BLUE - Remote - also power antenna?
BLACK - Negative/earth

also, opinions on something.. can you solder RCA leads? (for the subs)

red is positive
black negative

the green will be speaker + and green black speaker -

i believe brownwould be for headlamps and illumination/deck dimming. blue is remote, black is earth, red is power, as for the rest, at least one is acc, and not sure about the others. Cant find one on the net?

The closest model you'll find to yours is the DEH P640, but you should be able to nut out which wire is which.
You'll need to register before you download, but I found it still works by filling in bogus information . . . .
