Can i connect an external camera to the screen to monitor outside

You need the converter to give you an RCA input Pal or NTSC, then u can pug that camera straight into the converter.

I use the exact one linked to above. Got my DVD headunit pointed into it, it has other inputs as well, so I can get multiple things going on to the screen. Really cool. (depending on the HU, you can get different things happening on the ICC screen and the HU's inbuild screen.)

Data_mine... do you find you get a smal black border around ur image..like it doesnt fill the whole screen? i find i get this with the converter, but not with a laptop plugged directly into the icc.... guess ill have to live with it

No I get a full screen picture.

I'd say it's do to with your source video rather than the converter. Cause as seen above, a 4:3 image will only fill the middle of the screen. All the 16:9 stuff works fine.

haha nice... , ill post a pic when i get one. im using the tv out on my nokia n95, its only a small black border, enough to think im getting robbed of some size!...works fine on a normal tv tho
