alrite well i want to get a car alarm but i already have a immobilser with central locking on a remote control, is there a way i can wire the alarm to the remote control so that i dont have to remotes, or vice versa

I have it, easier to pay someone to do it trust me... What takes them an hour or two will take you f**k ages!! An alarm is only as good as its install.. When you buy the alarm, ask for a good installer.

I agree 100%, people who buy good car alarms and dont have them installed by a *pro* are wasting their time and money in a way, may as well go buy a cheap POS alarm if thats the case!
Also make sure they are designed well, my old one was designed well, no water could get into it, however the fors stock ones (lol) can have water get into them VERY easily!
Mine was replaced 2 days before i brought the fbt, and i will be very carefull with water around it now..

PS: more interesting is who knows someone who can install remote starter systems? :wink:

its very easy to install and ive done quite a few just remember to take the wires from the barral not the fuse box and you wont have any problems

mate get a professional 2 do it caus eif u fk up ull have alot of headaches!
